I had made an initial inquiry online and was very pleasantly surprised with the turnaround process and how easy it was to get an appointment. I appreciated the staff who called and went over what to expect before the appointment. We liked how accessible testing was right there in office and it was an overall good experience! The office was clean and running smoothly.

I’m sharing my experience to help other parents navigating severe eczema and allergy concerns with infants. I brought my baby here due to severe eczema and possible allergies, hoping for clear guidance and a compassionate, individualized approach. During the visit, skin testing was strongly encouraged even though my baby was very young, extremely fussy, and already highly reactive. Premier Allergy of Texas and Dr. Freiler were fantastic. I was struggling badly during cedar fever season and they got me in within a week. The staff was kind, funny, and genuinely pleasant to be around. Dr. Freiler was attentive and thorough, gave me a steroid shot that day (huge relief), and still wants follow-up testing in a few weeks to make sure nothing else is going on. Efficient, caring, and proactive—highly recommend.

Dr. Freiler and his Office Staff are Amazing! They were Very kind and showed my son compassion and understood him well. My daughter was also there with her brother and she felt it was a nice place for them both. Made them feel comfortable. 🫶 Thank you very much.
