I saw Lexi Sstar coming in really happy and saying good morning to the patients, I later came to find out she was the physician who would take great care of me. I had needles drawn on my back and on my arm and my allergies was found ! I wouldn’t recommend any place

went into ENT for ringing in the ears... was told to listen to white noise. the doctor also falsely said I only had it during "light sound environment " I have it in basicly ALL environments. they said call back if it gets worse so I did.... they referred me to a shrink 😑. then did a allergy test, they said I used nasal spray (I dont) they also dident document that I almost fainted. found out I could have done all the tests by blood tests. instead they made me not take my allergy meds for a week which made me have breathing... read more

The staff at the Grandview location are great! All of the other nurses are all so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, especially Anagha!

I was recommended this place by my doctor and have enjoyed my time here for their cluster style appointments for majority of the time. I feel frustrated at communication levels of staff at the Grandview location. I had to miss a week due to a vacation and two weeks prior to said vacation spoke with someone about making sure I was scheduled out through the end of my cluster/making up for the missed date.
