I had a difficult problem that other companies couldn’t figure out. Premier kept trying until they did fix the issue. Saved me from replacing the outside unit.
After suffering through an entire summer of consistent shut downs (over 50 times) and several service calls, at least one to a qualified, company trained technician, that didn’t fix it and cost more than $1000 to follow their recommendations . They were very knowledgeable but never fixed the issue. When tried to call them back for 3 weeks they would never return my phone call. I had to get another company.
AC stopped working around 8pm on a Wednesday night. Called Premier and a tech was at the house in 30 mins. They found the problem quickly. Also did a PM on the system. They are always very professional and friendly. We have used them for years. I would recommend them to anyone. We also have a yearly Maintenance contract with them for a PM twice a year.
