If there was an option to choose less than one star, I would have. While customer service staff were kind, the processing of claims is lengthy, and their record keeping is suboptimal at best. For example, I was told if one portion of a dental claim isn’t covered, nothing else on the claim will be considered for payment. To date, the dental office has submitted this claim 3 times, and discussed what was needed with a representative each time.
