I am a new up and coming business and talked to a woman this morning about something that was suppose to be in today. She told me that it would not be until Monday and wouldn't go out until Tuesday or even Wednesday. Hello, Bobby. My name is Ben Rothe and I'm the General Manager at Premier. We offer FREE ground shipping for orders over $100, but not expedited (AIR) shipping. We can ship via 2-Day and Overnight, but the customer is responsible for expedited shipping costs. Just had the misfortune of speaking with Brynn regarding an item that was in-stock when I placed my order only for me to find out a week later the item is on backorder. There was no apology but here was plenty of sighing on her part when I explained to her that i was following the poultry fence for approx 30 days so and can confirm that if the item is showing back-ordered, you cannot place an online order. Signed up for in-stock notification for an item. Received notification at 6:44AM, had order confirmation at 7:15AM and my card was charged. At 7:30PM I receive an email telling me the item had sold out within twelve hours, sorry, it's backordered again. They don't consider 31 minutes "within twelve hours" I guess. Deceptive at best.

I ordered some of the yellow Saturn feeders from this company a few years ago for my bantam chickens and ended up really liking them. I've ordered over 20 of the 3 lb feeders and about 5 of the 15 lb feeders and have been really happy with the results. The lids on three of the smaller feeders broke during a hard freeze ( plastic got brittle) and when I asked the company about replacement lids they included three free of charge on my order of 8 feeders. Excellent customer service!!
I called Premier 1 before I ordered my shears to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed. I was assured the shears would work great. They didn't! They went out halfway through the first blanket on my alpaca! I was able to send them back and I did get a refund however I never heard back from Premier and I wasn't reimbursed the hefty return shipping fee. I just got off the phone with Premier customer service with a problem with a product. 1st CS agent was ill informed and I called back and asked for supervisor and after explaining my issues to, who said she was Product Manager, she chuckled at my issue and even she hung up on me! I never raised my voice or cursed. Both hung up on me without answering my questions. I am a customer, ex now, and will be buying y supplies for other sources from this point on.

I believe this situation to be resolved. I spoke directly with Michael on Thursday, Jan 31 to better understand his concerns. Rather than an issue with any specific product purchased from Premier, he wanted to pass information along to the original manufacturer to help prevent knock-off clones and counterfeit items from being sold in the marketplace. First came on to Premier 1 Supplies web site looking for heat lamps for my dogs found one i liked and it works great the srervice was great and the product was better than I expected to get. Now when i need anything for my dogs i can go to the Premier 1 web site knowing the equipment they sell is 1st class. Today i just ordered another type of heat lamp with the carbon fiber bulb.Great price too !
