Bathtub was running water despite the handle being turned all the way off in the morning. They said they could have a technician over by 3pm. The technician never showed up. They claimed to have called me but I never received a phone call and they even confirmed that the technician never even tried to knock on our door. Missed almost a full day of work over this nonsense.

Premier 1 Plumbing has consistently provided excellent service for my apartment buildings in Burbank and Glendale. They recently replaced an old sewer pipe that had been causing problems for decades, and the entire job was handled professionally and efficiently. Their expertise, reliability, and attention to detail really stood out.

Had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair steps before starting. This plumber truly is the best! I have had great experiences every time. They promptly respond with quotes and availability and are out here super fast even for "non urgent/emergency" issues. All the employees are very professional, the problems are always solved, and the pricing is transparent and fair. Most recently Victor responded to a sink issue I had and I was very satisfied with his great communication, professionalism, and explanation of the issue.

Our kitchen sink had been clogged for days, and we finally decided to call Premier. Junior came out and did an excellent job. He quickly identified the problem was a clogged kitchen drain pipe and replaced the damaged section to fully resolve the issue. He was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services!
