This one was rough. My yard started smelling weird and I had no clue it was the sewer line. They came out with cameras and showed me the pipe was cracked. Replaced the whole line in two days. Not cheap, but they were straight up and didn’t play games with the pricing. Happy it’s over and done with.

Our water heater stopped working outta nowhere. I called these guys and they showed up fast. Junior checked it, fixed the part, and it’s been working fine ever since. No nonsense.

Had a backup under the kitchen sink that kept coming back no matter what I tried. Called this local plumber in Burbank and they showed up the same afternoon. They figured it out fast and showed me how the old line was sitting uneven. Fixed it clean and made sure nothing leaked before leaving. What I really liked was how they didn’t rush or try to upsell anything. The place was spotless when they left and the sink drains perfectly now.

My shower kept losing pressure out of nowhere and I couldn’t figure out why. The plumber checked everything and found buildup inside one of the old pipes. Took him less than an hour to clean it out and replace a small piece that was rusted. He tested the water a few times just to be sure before leaving. Everything’s running smooth again. I appreciated that he kept things simple and didn’t make it a huge deal. Real straightforward kind of service.
