Unfortunately a rather unpleasant staff member on reception soured our experience with this business.
Camping at Chaffey dam and the fridge had an odour coming from the exhaust. Went to Premiair and was talking to Wayne. He went out of his way to explain what he thought the problem could have been and even showed me what to do. We thankyou for your help. No success, but will investigate more when we get back home
Great service by Mitch and the crew. Our freezer was fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
On a road trip, trouble with fridge connecting to battery whist travelling, told by one tech in Parkes we needed new circuit board- booked apt with Premiair in Tamworth, who in a short time found it was a fuse blown, and wiring not correct to the van. they were so professional and we felt they knew exactly what they were doing- they saved our trip as we still have 5 weeks to travel- thank you Premiair.
