This company deserves 0 stars. They are an absolute scam and are to be avoided at all costs. They come out to “service” my aircon, after cancelling 2 times. The guy goes up and tells me I need a whole new system with a quote of $2600. I didn’t go through with the quote due to it being more expensive than 3 others obtained. So a month later they begin chasing me for a $100 “call out fee” which was NEVER mentioned prior. We received a flyer from PremiAir in Perth offering 'special rates' for servicing evaporative airconditioners for $200. Following the 20 minute service we were told that our filters needed replacing and would cost over $600. We shopped around and found someone who did the replacement for much cheaper (around $450 for the same filters). The second person let us know that the original filters still had at least 2 years left in them before needing to be replaced.
