Communication is terrible and they have no issues with creating a more stressful experience because it does not affect them, just the families and individuals experiencing a move or relocation. Premia is a standout organization and their service is unmatched.
Our Processor-Alyse has been responsive and helpful however our Loan Officer-Julianne fell off the face off the earth as soon as we agreed to use Premia. More than once our realtor has had to drive her to provide the necessary information/requirements for the state of AZ. When we brought this to her attention the first time she was argumentative and adamant about that it was my husband's fault, not hers.
