Premera Blue cross is the absolute worst insurance! They take plenty of money and pay out nothing. Absolute rip-off artists. I have NEVER seen a worse insurance company
Julian Keaton is the WORST! He constantly back tracks on his answers, gives me 2 different answers to the same question. When I requested to speak to his supervisor the response was that he decided I dont need to speak to his supervisor and the answers I've received were sufficient.
I have Premera for Medigap. I have only been with them for 2 months, and now they have dropped their fitness partnership with Fit on Health. Instead, they are using Silver Sneakers now, which does not contract with my gym. So, now I have to pay $60 per month out of my pocket for the membership. Very unhappy with Premera about this.
Claims performed in 2024, and today July 7, 2025 shows as still pending!
