I recently had a plumbing emergency with a leaky pipe, and I called Prema Plumbing Putney. I was relieved that they were able to give me a fair quote right over the phone. Even better, they arrived at my door within the hour, just as promised! The service was fantastic, and I'm a very happy customer. I highly recommend them for their prompt and efficient service!

Had to call Prema Plumbing Putney as an emergency, as my boiler packed up and I had no heating or hot water. I had lovely young man come out to me Alexa , ( sorry if I have missed spelt name) he was brilliant. He took my boiler apart quickly found the fault and was able to fix it there and then. We needed ab emergency service as we had a huge leak in our bathroom yesterday. We needed to come on the same day and Prema Plumbing Putney did exactly that. Cannot recommend Alex enough. Very quick call and a WhatsApp conversation he gave me a clear quote & time he was available. Alex arrived on time and very quickly identified the issue. Very clear with videos of exactly what was happening. All fixed and sorted within 90 mins (if that). Already recommended to a friend.
