Great service, spot on. Alex was so quick to find the problem and fix it. Great response in an emergency at a great price. Neat and tidy work. Helped me fix a small problem by going extra mile. Had to call Prema Plumbing Putney as an emergency, as my boiler packed up and I had no heating or hot water. I had lovely young man come out to me Alexa , ( sorry if I have missed spelt name) he was brilliant. He took my boiler apart quickly found the fault and was able to fix it there and then. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why it had broken. Worked quickly and efficiently and was very tidy. Was polite and put me at ease. We needed ab emergency service as we had a huge leak in our bathroom yesterday. We needed to come on the same day and Prema Plumbing Putney did exactly that. Great experience using Prema Plumbing Putney to help fix a leak under the the bath which was leaking into the dining room below. They arrived on time and did job. Wonderful plumbing service. While they were here I also got them to look at a blocked sink drain in our Kitchen and they didn't disappoint. Thank you.
