Prema house is quite good for several reasons. Good selection of Drs from vastly different backgrounds so one can find for example, culturally sensitive physicians or pick up an urgent script, have a skin check or babies immunisation all attended here. The clerical staff are friendly and will assist if required. All in all a great experience two thumbs up is my final verdict.
Prema House Medical offers the convenience of bulk billing, which is great on the surface but that’s about where the positives end! This clinic has an obvious issue with continuity of care. Doctors come and go like a revolving door, and with each change, patients are forced to start over. One doctor may actually listen, show compassion, and offer practical solutions based on the realities of the local healthcare system; while the next is disengaged, dismissive, and uninterested in even reading patient notes properly!
