Thai Massage with Jessie Duncan is the best. And my husband highly recommends Tissue Rehab sessions with Winter Pemberton. In short, we feel healthier from all the caring practitioners we’ve seen at Prema.
I get a massage from Winter every time I am in portland. She is a brilliant and intuitive healer, bringing so much knowledge of movement and anatomy into her work. I always leave feeling not only restored but hopeful and with new tools to walk this earth!
The treatment I recieved was professional and very soothing. I noticed results after one visit. I made another appointment.
