Prema did an amazing job helping us navigate the home-buying process! We matched with her on Zillow through the 'Find a Local Agent' option. From the very start, she was extremely responsive and arranged a property viewing for us the very next day. During our tour, it became clear immediately that she is a true expert in Southern Vermont real estate. Throughout the entire experience, Prema was friendly, welcoming, caring, punctual, and fully dedicated to helping us succeed. When it came time to make an offer, she offered inv... read more
Prema is an amazing realtor! Her communication style is so pleasant and efficient when trying to buy your home in Vermont. She clearly knows the market well and her local connections made all the diference. We were first in touch for a few weeks about what I was looking for and after one visit, our ski house was secured! I honestly hope to have someone I can refer to Prema in the near future because of how great she was.

Excellent experience working with Prema. From start to finish she was professional, had our best interest at heart, and quick to respond with her unbiased opinion to all our inquiries. As first time home buyers she took the time to explain all parts of the process to us and made herself readily available via call and text whenever we needed her. Highly recommend working with Prema!
Prema assisted us on purchasing a condo remotely. She was extremely thorough and made sure the entire transaction experience went smoothly. Her wealth of knowledge assured us every step of the way. My family and I are looking forward to working with her again.
