Their designs are stunning but the reliability is missing. I had scheduled a consultation for my wedding a week in advance and after the owner was 15 minutes late to our call, I called their “in case of emergencies” line and was told that they forgot and needed to reschedule. If you can’t show reliability and punctuality for a consultation, how can you show that the day of the wedding? Just utterly disappointed
