Very unprofessional. Didn't seem to care or pay attention. Refuses to turn in a return to work form (office barely picks up or returns calls), that has been sent in from company 3 times. First time he was asked to do so was end of August -it is now almost end of September. So because of that, no income has been coming in. If you need short term disability approved, he is not your guy.
Excellent compassionate care provider. A great listener, teacher, and knowledgeable of my unique healthcare needs. His whole team is top notch(Kim, Stephanie, and Mellony and Dr. Mathai). Thank you, you are all truly a blessing to me.
Dr. Mathai took the time to listen to my rambling health history, strange combination of strange symptoms, extracted the right thread and followed it to a diagnosis. Being diagnosed with MS is never ideal, but it gave me direction and Dr. Mathai has been there the whole way to figuring out how to manage my symptoms.
Always willing to listen to me about by husband's alzheimers, he is the patient..
