I have been taking my sweet English Bulldog here for 8 years. In October she started to get an infection in her wrinkle. After many rounds of different antibiotics, it wasn't getting any better and was actually worse. It was bleeding. He never sent it out for a culture. He told me to see a Dermatologist. I started getting care from Dr. John Prellwitz in the spring on 2026. I followed all his directions on the care of my three dogs and saw him often for their care. This fall, one of my dogs developed a nasty swelling in her mouth. I was not satisfied with Dr. John's willingness to treat her in a timely manner so in January, I made the decision to change to a different clinic and requested that my dog's records be sent there. Great place amd was a positive experience for my animals.
My dog started to show pain in foot on a Saturday but vet was closed. Monday 8am nothing available until Wednesday at 9:30am. Our dog won't allow us to touch it so the Dr had me medicate my dog with 2 strong medications, Trazodone and Gabapentin, once the night prior and again two hours prior to his appointment so he'd be calm enough to look at it.
