I am so grateful that I was referred to Prell Auto Air when my AC went out. I was having a hard time finding someone that could determine the issue AND had the ability to fix it. I drive a Hyundai Genesis and it's generally hard to find parts for it. Hyundai had discontinued the part that we needed but Jody went above and beyond tracking it down. Extremely helpful! Also the cost wasn't terrible. I was expecting much worse lol. But they are definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend this place. Thanks y'all!!
My daughter got a used van in winter and we couldn't get ac to turn on now that it hotter prell checked pressure and realized we just didn't know how to turn the ac on correctly. They were kind enough not to charge us the 50.00 diagnostic fee. Thanks guys from the duh mom and daughter
