took my 1967 Mustang with vintage air in today and met the friendliest people working there. one man was cooking fish out back and told me to get a plate and help myself. fresh mullet , good conversation and now have very cold air Thanks Prell
Prell did a great job fixing the problem I had. In my case, failed compressor. (2019 Nissan Sentra) I do not mind the ‘first come, first served’ practice. They started work on my car at 8 a.m., and finished around noon. Three days later I write this review, and my AC is working great in conditions of heat indexes well over 100. This is an amazing place to take your vehicle for AC service and repair. My recent experience was excellent. I took my vehicle to the VW dealer and was not happy with what they told me about repairing my AC. I then took it to Prell Auto Air as recommended by a friend the same day. They immediately diagnosed the problem, filed papers for the extended warranty, and repaired by AC as quickly as possible . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place offering quality AC service and great customer service.
