Misdiagnosed me with Vocal dysfunction after charging an exorbitant amount of money (out of pocket-no ins. at the time). Kept telling him I couldn't breathe...begging him to help me. He told me multiple times that I am probably just having anxiety so I should take Prozac. WHAT?! Why not just give me electric shock therapy like it's the 1940's? Dr. Prehn was very unprofessional at our appointments. Made some assumptions about my daughter just because she has Down syndrome...such as "well, she has Ds, so she's probably not going to be cooperative, 80% of kids with Ds have sleep apnea and that's just the way it is, etc." and basically has used Ds as an excuse to not help us. When he could tell I was frustrated with not having any direction, he said "well she can just have a tracheotomy...that will fix the problem". I didn't even know what to say at that point.
