Preheim tree service quoted an ash tree to be planted for $150.00. Then they actually charged $250.00. The tree was planted with visible roots four inches above ground level and the tree leans 25 degrees. I called within a week of the planting and was told to wait a year. Now the problem is even worse, Preheim tells me they are selling the business and , "nothing we can do." The company that answers the former number are of no help either. POOR WORKMANSIP.
