I've been working with Dr. Dan Lieb for 6+ months initially for physical therapy for a large herniated disc and then into performance training. I've been an avid fitness person almost my entire life so the disc situation was really tough to deal with. Under Dan's guidance, I was able to recover 90% from a 14 mm herniated disc within a few months. Dr Dan saved my shoulder! I really beat up my shoulder in jiujitsu and I was in pain for at least 6 months and nothing worked. I worked with Dan for a few months and my shoulder is now back to normal and strongest than ever. He helped me avoid costly/risky surgery or injections, which was a huge relief
Dr. Dan is an excellent PT who helped me recover from a lower back injury. He has a great sense of when to ease off and when to push harder. As a weightlifter, I appreciated how he incorporated CrossFit-style movements into my rehab. Highly recommend!

Dan is a freaking SUPER STAR! I came in looking to get stronger in my upper body. He built a custom program, testing me each step of the way and keeping me informed on my progress from start to finish.
