Dan is the best worst PT I've ever had. I've made huge gains in recovery and muscle mass since working with him. He's also a wonderful human being.
Very poor communication. I booked through a virtual assistant and never received a phone call/ text message to prepare for this appointment. I called numerous times trying to reach out - to follow up on my appointment and absolutely nothing. it was only at 9:45p (10 hours before the appointment!) that Prehab finally reached out and let me know my insurance was OON and it would cost me over 250$. This was so frustrating on so many levels… I took off work to go to this appointment and I wasted time that I could’ve been getting... read more
Dan’s awesome! He really knows his stuff and pushes me to my limits. My strength has leveled up since I started seeing him. I love how Dan personalizes things – if I’m sore or something’s off, he switches up the workout on the fly and throws in some stretches or a massage that works wonders. I like how I can shoot Dan a text whenever – like after a tough session or when I’ve been stuck at my desk too long – and he’s super quick to hit me back with the perfect fix for my aches and pains.
