Rosa is incredible, I did her prenatal and post natal yoga classes and they were the best part of my week, giving my body and mind the relief that I needed. Her myofacial release sessions with special assistant, her lovely dog Ruby, were extremely helpful for aches and pains. But what I can recommend the most is her 4 hour birth preparation course. Rosa's Baby Yoga and Massage was the perfect way to spend time getting to know my baby better whilst also taking some time for myself. Rosa always allowed us to treat the class like we were at home so we could feed and change baby, get up and move around etc as needed. I never felt like I was being judged or like missing sections of the class was a bad thing if baby was unsettled.
