I purchased a stethoscope product and Tried to return the unopened product with the receipt as it did not match the quality as described and they declined to return or swap the product. I ended up leaving the product with them without any reimbursement or swapping for the product I purchased. I’m very unhappy with their service.

Terrible customer service - consider buying elsewhere. They won’t swap their unused & unopened products after requesting a return and refund a day after delivery. Beware of buying from them - if you buy a product they won’t back their business by helping you. You’re on own with no refund even when there is a very good reason you cannot use the product.
