I have no complaints, I arrived 3 hours before my appointment and they loaded me in 1 hour. By the way, the lady at the reception was very attentive and kind. God bless her and everyone.
This place sucks!! Ok,check in is ok,put you in next company lot waiting call.Backup is from the street! Wish there is law for companies like this! Out of business until you make safe arrangements for drivers!! Then loading..is taking forever!! After everything go back to the office for paperwork!! Did I mention there is no room to slide tandems,send BOL to dispatch, etc..
Park and check in where the red box is below. There are no street parking, places to turn around or directions telling you where the office is (door 1). They may also send you to a different location close by and you’ll have to stop back at the office for your paperwork.
Lady in shipping office very nice, but loading is ridiculous been here 2hrs 15min waiting to get to a dock
