According to my previous experience they took 5-6 hrs for loading, but from last monthes they took only 1-2 hrs.Check in at 2:15pm ,got dock 2:45pm ,loaded by 3:50pm.Good people.
I don’t remember well, my 2 previous experiences here, I think wasn’t perfect, but for 3rd time I arrived at 1:00pm for 2:00pm pick up appointment. Received dock immediately. Started loading at 1:30pm, very slow… loaded at 3:15pm
This place is a drop and hook. I was supposed s To be able to pick trailer up as early as 9am I got here at 11am trailer was in the door less than half loaded. I was told to hook to trailer and they would let me know when it was ready 3hrs later trailer they have only added 2 pallets and no body is even in the warehouse.
I was loaded earlier than my appointment. They usually take two hrs to load. Nice guys in shipping and receiving. Check in front of building.
My five stars are only for the Lady in Checking office She’s so Nice kind she even give me full hand of BUBBLE and she’s funny other than that I come here 4hours before my apt and they loaded me after all the negative comments I seen , for me personal good experience Good luck guys and be nice for the lady in checking she’s kind ❤️✅
