I have been going to Dr. Pregenzer Urology for a few years now. They are awesome. During the summer I had a Urolift procedure done. I had this done after balking twice. On the third try, I man upped and did it. I turned out that the procedure was no big deal at all. Having it done was one of the best things I could have done for myself. 254.00 bill to tell me the pain I had I should see sex therapist. BASICALLY played it off as a joke. Sent that bill out though. Course we would. Obviously something was wrong it's gone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'm from Enfield. Zero stars wasn't available!! Called because someone saw post.. been a week nothing done. This is what is wrong with Healthcare.. zero accountability for scrappy services. No matter what they expect to get paid . Stay far away from this doctor! My son has seen many Urologists, including one who is numbered among the best in America. Dr. Pregenzer’s skill level, as demonstrated by the surgical procedures he performed on my son, is far superior. We are so grateful to have discovered him, and emphatically recommend him to everyone. The entire office is great.
