I tried to place order through Alisha Miller but she couldn't handle my order. She was not able to inform any delivery schedule until next day. She also never called me back even she promised. I think she should have called me even she didn't have any updates. It seems they are lazy or she is not good. Anyway I am very disappointed with the service and asked her not to contact me via phone or email.

Their level of service is unmatched. Chef Kristen has been awesome and we look forward to building a strong relationship with PreGel over the next few years. I'd you have any interest in making ice cream you have to attend their classes.
