My flights were cancelled by Delta at the last minute and we were stranded in Nevada and Delta agents were in over their heads, my agent was out of town at a funeral but had the presence of mind to contact an agent in her office and a Big Shout Out to Carlene Wright who stepped in got us booked on American airlines 2 days later and got us back into our hotel til we could fly home. We have been working with the staff of Preferred Travel for over 10 years now. Our contact Donna Christensen is the ultimate professional, along with Carlene Wright on the travel desk. They have handled river cruises, ocean cruises and land tours for us and our family, plus occasional cancellations, delays and rebooking challenges. Great company and reliable vendors. Highly recommend!!
We have been using Preferred Travel of Naples for several years now and we have always had our expectations exceeded with their complete turnkey experience never have we had a hiccup. Cheryl our travel advisor is very knowledgeable of all of our destinations to date with destinations such as Africa, Southeast Asia and Antartica she has always made sure we have everything we need from Medical to Visa's etc. We do not think you could go wrong by selecting their firm as your travel advisors.
Not a fan of their service. Had a travel credit for over $2200 that they allowed us to expire and refuse to help in getting assistance to get that travel credit back. Their response: "you can call the airline; it's their rule."
