Lisa Shuster booked a trip of a lifetime for my partner and me and our best friends. Our stay in Athens could not have been better. The hotel was centrally located and had a view of the Acropolis. Our accommodations in Sicily were first class in all 3 cities. They were centrally located, and we were able to walk everywhere. Our private drivers were professional, on time and just plain fun. Lisa was a joy to work with, and we look forward to booking our next trip with her.
Lisa Shuster is working with me, another couple and another family member on two separate trips. She is so helpful and attentive. I’m always surprised at her speedy reply’s and “ can do” attitude with my questions and requests. I highly recommend her work!
My flights were cancelled by Delta at the last minute and we were stranded in Nevada and Delta agents were in over their heads, my agent was out of town at a funeral but had the presence of mind to contact an agent in her office and a Big Shout Out to Carlene Wright who stepped in got us booked on American airlines 2 days later and got us back into our hotel til we could fly home.
