There are not enough stars for David and his team, to say I’m satisfied is an understatement. We went to Dominican Republic for the first time my self and my 3 young adult children. From the moment we walked out of the airport we were greeted by a private driver to our hotel JOIA Grand Bavaro Iberostar and it never stopped being perfect from there. All the details were taken care of. This is our 4th booked trip with this team and it’s always fantastic!
We loved the view and our room! The restaurants were all very good. And we loved the evening entertainment. The head chefs, bartenders, waiters, and waitresses were all fantastic! Our butler went to alot of trouble to get reservations for 4 of us at the cookout. Didn't understand why we could only make reservations after midnight for 2 people only. Our room was kept clean as well, Thank You!!
Donna provided excellent support and guidance through our entire experience. She made the whole process seamless, and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. We will absolutely use the Oprach Team for our future travel needs.
The Carnival cruise was wonderful! This was only our 4th cruise. I was especially impressed with the ease of boarding & debarking the ship. Onboard activities were plentiful. I especially want to thank the Donna Operach of Dream Vacations for the booking, making us aware of all discounts, answering all questions and keeping in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend Donna and her team.
We saw Stacey for our Alaska Cruise. All I can say is WOW. Stacey hit it out of the park. She took care of every little detail to perfection. If we do another similar trip. She will be my first phone call.
