We provided a $2,000 deposit for Preferred Trailers to build a custom trailer. After one year of poor performance and a lack of returned calls, we requested that our deposit be returned. They would not return our deposit, and we finally had to go to small claims court to force them to return our deposit. After winning our case, we are now in the middle of collecting our deposit. This has taken over 1 year. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Do your homework; we are not the only ones that have sued this company.
