I just bought a 12' trailer there, despite a few things that happened during the process, Jason went above and beyond to take care of it, even when he was on vacation at the time, thank you and your team Jason, it's nice to see there are still good people out there who want to take care of business.
I purchased an enclosed trailer from Preferred and to say the experience was 5 star is an understatement! I worked with Kenneth and this young man was amazing! He knows the equipment, he knows what great customer service is. I had questions and he answered them, asked to have a couple things addressed and he jumped! I would recommend Preferred Trailers to anyone!
Looked at every other dealer in the valley, Called Jason and scheduled a time to come look at what inventory they had. Wasn’t exactly what I wanted, he ordered the perfect trailer and arrived in a couple weeks. Buying process was smooth and easy. Their quality of trailer is superior to everyone else.
