This company is so bad, they deserve 2 one star reviews by me. Almost a year later, $14,000 in attorney fees, 2 lawsuits and I am still trying to get my title claim processed for their incompetence. No legit investor I know will close there. Update, thus far, I am out $114,000. Updated to their response: Yes, deed fraud is terrible, but this one was avoidable if the underwriting by your office was not incompetent.
