They did a great job on the condo documents. Very smooth and hassle free.
Very bad experience with this title company. Closed on our house in December 2023. The whole process with the sellers real estate company to the sellers title company was a complete mess. They are very unorganized and the ladies who answer the phone are just rude. I do not recommend this title company unless you are looking to get a headache. As a buyer, make sure you choose your own title company that you can completely trust. These people need to get it together!
