Stan was very professional and prompt in processing our taxes right away. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Does tax returns for me and my family.
This tax service didn't see paperwork that I gave them in order to do my tax. They told me they couldn't find my W-2 in their paperwork. I took the copied paperwork they gave me after doing my taxes into them so they could see it was in there. They called me and told me they couldn't find it again. I met them in person on a Saturday morning with the same paperwork I had gave them and showed them where it was. They both said they couldn't believe they had missed.
