Extremely easy to work with and very fair prices. I would recommend to anyone.
I had my stuff in this storage unit for only a month and my stuff was torn up and covered in rat poop, spiders and ants. Their automated system tried to charge me for an extra month even after I called the owner directly to cancel my monthly payments.
I love Preferred Storage! The units are very clean and well maintained and they provide great customer service! I highly recommend them!
