Do not schedule at this place. They are out of touch with reality. I scheduled an appointment almost a month in advance. I had to take time off work, just to make it to the appointment. I work nights and sleep during the day. They sent me an email, a week before and every day leading up to my appointment. I booked an appointment two months ago for October 24th 2025 for an in office sleep study, only to be told one week before that it is now canceled as they dont have a technician on friday nights anymore. The next available appointment is not till mid December. This place is ridiculous, they tried calling me during work today saying we tried to call you to book another appointment tonight but you didnt pick up. Beware of this Preferred Sleep Solutions! They don't ensure that you sleep enough to get good results. Also, something is fishy with the company. In my case, I normally go to sleep at 1:30am but the appt was scheduled for 8:00pm. They didn't mention I could come later and when I asked about it they said that that was my problem. I didn't really sleep at all during the test, then the technician (Anthony) watching me, came in the room at 5am and said it was over. My sleep study experience was really comfortable and easy at the Preferred Sleep Solutions, San Dimas location. The facility was extremely clean and the staff there were knowledgeable, friendly yet very professional through the process. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a sleep study done to have it done here!
