After learning that we could not afford the 2 YEARS OF PAYMENT UP FRONT, this facility basically hung up on us. Tone changed, patience changed, and care changed. Not the kind of place you want for your loved one if they cant even be nice over the phone and only want money. Elderly family is not just a paycheck. Especially two years up front.
