I recommend no one goes through Tom Matthews. He is a horrible manager management has no communication with their employers or their patients there have been patient complaints about how he treats his employers and how he treats his patience. He only cares about money and that's all i recommend no one to put their loved ones and tom matthews care he overworks his staff and he has 0 communication with them when it comes to an issue. While my mother in law was under the care of Preferred Medical, she receives the tender and caring support from the staff. We had to move her, and she misses all of the people that took care of her.
The Preferred Senior Care staff took excellent care of my bedridden friend. They were always trying to make her smile and treated her like a family member. They would even make popcorn for her when she had a craving for it. There were days when she wasn't well enough to feed herself and a Preferred staff member would sit by her bed and feed her. Preferred Care did a wonderful job taking care of my mom during the early stages of her battle with dementia. The management was outstanding to work with, and the nursing staff did an excellent job of providing care for her in spite of the difficulties that go along with that dreadful disease. My brother and I are extremely grateful for everything Preferred has done the past few years to make moms life as comfortable as possible!!
