The Preferred Senior Care staff took excellent care of my bedridden friend. They were always trying to make her smile and treated her like a family member. They would even make popcorn for her when she had a craving for it. There were days when she wasn't well enough to feed herself and a Preferred staff member would sit by her bed and feed her. Preferred Care did a wonderful job taking care of my mom during the early stages of her battle with dementia. The management was outstanding to work with, and the nursing staff did an excellent job of providing care for her in spite of the difficulties that go along with that dreadful disease. My brother and I are extremely grateful for everything Preferred has done the past few years to make moms life as comfortable as possible!!
Helen was very well cared for in her final year of life. Tom and his staff were very supportive and compassionate. We were blessed to have been able to entrust Helen’s care to him.
Tom and his team are some of the most companionate group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They took great care of my mother while she was at Ashford Court. Even went over and above to keep an eye on her as her memory started to fade. My family is very appreciative of all they do. Highly recommend these folks!
