The gutters were installed on major slant above the garage in front of the house. It was not aesthetic looking at all. I told them I know Its supposed to be on angle but I've never seen a gutter on so much of an angle that when you pull up to the house it looks like a child put it up. They advised why it's on an angle and really didn't care what I was saying. But they came out and fixed it. Preferred seamless did some gutters for my Under Deck. Wanted to go with a larger size gutter and they said it wasn’t needed. I’m getting a lot of dripping and they’ve only told me to try to find a different solution without replacing the gutter. I even said I would pay for it I can’t even get a quote for them to redo it. Will never use them again
We had new gutters installed this spring. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and cleaned up after. The gutters look and work perfect! We opted not to get the leaf guard at the time of installation, which proved to be a bad decision, so I called, they came out quickly (actually earlier than when they said they'd be there), and did a great job again! HIGHLY recommend this company!
