Let’s start from the beginning paid well over $1000 for a part that this guy installed in my RV that was defective and then while installing it, I had to lend him half of my tools For him to do his job. Best experience with a rv repair expert I've ever had.
Jake stood me up 3 times. I paid him upfront for service on my generator. Not only has he not done the service, he hasn’t refunded my money, and hasn’t bothered to text or call. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from anyone ever. I wish I could give him zero stars. Zero would still be too many for him. Not showing and not communicating appears to be a pattern for him considering his other reviews. Pathetic scam artist. Your answer is nothing but lies.
