Best experience with a rv repair expert I've ever had.
Jake stood me up 3 times. I paid him upfront for service on my generator. Not only has he not done the service, he hasn’t refunded my money, and hasn’t bothered to text or call. This is the worst service I’ve ever had from anyone ever. I wish I could give him zero stars. Zero would still be too many for him. Not showing and not communicating appears to be a pattern for him considering his other reviews. Pathetic scam artist. Your answer is nothing but lies. Unprofessional, took forever for him to look at my camper. First he was going on vacation and would look at it when he got back but ignored me for weeks. Finally made an appointment no show. Second time tried to verify time he wouldn't so had to reschedule again. Third time he shows up to do inspection and install my vent which I already purchased.
