"Absolutely terrible experience. I've been stuck in this dock for over 5 hours now, and there's not a single other truck here. What's the deal? Clearly, this company doesn't have their act together; the product isn't even ready to go. I'm only giving them one star because I can't give half a star. Seriously frustrating. And yeah, I'm still waiting to get loaded as I write this."

Good people. Fast loading. Shipping all the way in the back of the building. Don't worry. You have enough space back there to turn around.
Keep in mind road construction and check your route before! One of the possible route there from I-277 take Waterloo Rd exit and proceed westbound to Lambert St, then all the way to sing Shipping/Receiving. Another one route from I-76 to State Rd, and follow detour to Wooster Rd then Waterloo. Fast loading!
