10/10 don't reccomend. As an ex employee, safety is sub par, the plant manager is a joke and nearly cost the company, an employee owned company, a million dollar a year contract. No real leadership. U less you want to run a lathe, expect walamrt grade pay for dangerous award heavy dusty dirty work, while watching the managers take company trips.
