I'm only giving this one star because I have to. I left a message at 8:35ish am and didn't receive a call back before closing? Terrible customer service!!!!
The lady was extremely rude. I would call to check on the status of the paperwork being served and she would yell at me telling me to "woah woah" she doesn't even know my name and this would be before i could even say hello and give a reason for why i was calling. I told her my name and proceeded with the question and reason for calling. Pat is wonderful! She did in a few days what I was unable to do in a few years. I'm about to use her again. This time will be super fast, I imagine, since she knows right where to go.
