Dr. Purighalla was my elderly mom's doctor for many years. My mom went to her because she wanted a female doctor and she was nearby. Over the years, Dr. Purighalla systematically dismissed my mom's concerns, was rude to her, did not listen to her, and did not provide any level of true health care. I sincerely believe my mom's quality of life in her last years would have been MUCH HIGHER if she had a good doctor, and Dr. Purighalla is not that doctor. This would be a minus if possible. Was very disappointed at the lack of treatment for a family member. Very condescending over the phone and repeatedly all he could say was “ she needs good food and rest”. No you were wrong she died.
