RecommendedDr Gates is the best doctor that I have ever had. So easy to speak to and cares for you. You’re not just a number to him. He actually spends time with you. Highly recommended.
RecommendedDr. Palchick is the best! He listens abd cares and is a great diagnostician. I don't know I'd make it without him!
Horrible horrible follow up. Doctor sends you for tests then you don’t hear from them. Have to call several times and end up speaking to office manager before they finally have your results. And then they tell you “all is good”. So you still have the problem and ask what you should do and their only response is to go to the ER if it worsens. Oh and the doctor takes your hand and prays for you while in the office. I would not recommend wasting your time if you need a doctor.
My problem is being charged a 33% fee. I was sick as the doctors office ask me to wait in the waiting area while they were trying to get me seen stat at st Clair hospital. I did forget to checkout at the doctor's office but they sent me to a hospital to be seen immediately. They billed me with a 33% fee because I didn't payat the doctors office that day. Dr.frank civitarese was great though.
I've been with DR Mally for more than 20 years. A truly fine doctor, that cares about each and every patient. He actually has me calling him on his cell phone, giving him my blood sugar levels every 4 hours this weekend. You ROCK DR M.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable...Dr. Gates was very laid back and easy to talk to....i would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor
