Awful service and The Technician won’t leave me alone and keeps arriving at my home unwelcomed
Great service, my hot water heater went out. I called them the next day and they worked me in to get it replaced. I was able to give them all the information on the tank and they were able to just pick up the new one on there way out. That way they didn't need to come out look at it and have to leave to get one. Saved me and there time. Thank you. Highly recommend these guy's.
Tyler was great, friendly. Got what we needed fixed.
I was very pleased with the service. He was able to come out the same day even though I am outside many people's service area, he fixed my leaky pipes, disconnected a natural gas fireplace and capped off some old natural gas lines in under two hours. The price was very reasonable. I will be contacting Preferred Plumbing again if I never need plumbing services in the future.
