I called him to my house to fix a faucet leak issue, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. In fact, after he left, our water flow became shallow. Despite calling him multiple times for follow-up, I did not receive any response. The lack of communication and ineffective service have been a total disappointment. I would not recommend this plumber for any plumbing services.
Mike came out and came out for my plumbing issues quickly and promptly. I have used him and his company on multiple occasions and each time they have been professional and quick. I highly recommend him.
I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (She's very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake.
