Mike and Miguel were at my house for almost 3 hours cleaning out drains, replacing faucets, repairing my toilet and replacing alot of parts to it. They were so nice and cleaned up everything. Very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. I have used Mike before with the same recommendations.
Family owned business. Tech Brian was great! He listened to my description and immediately figured out what he need to fix my problem! He worked in 2 areas and made sure that everything was working properly, then put everything back together and cleaned up. Great job, thank you!
I called him to my house to fix a faucet leak issue, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. In fact, after he left, our water flow became shallow. Despite calling him multiple times for follow-up, I did not receive any response. The lack of communication and ineffective service have been a total disappointment. I would not recommend this plumber for any plumbing services.
Mike came out and came out for my plumbing issues quickly and promptly. I have used him and his company on multiple occasions and each time they have been professional and quick. I highly recommend him.
I was referred to Preferred Plumbing by my elderly neighbor who has called on them for many years. (She's very particular so I figured anyone she uses must be good.) I had a sudden clog on my sink drain that I couldn't remedy with my personal drain snake. Mike, at Preferred Plumbing took my call, was very personable and polite, and scheduled service with a Plumber at my door within an hour!
