Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was punctual and very professional. I needed a water heater for a commercial property and they provided multiple quote options, and explained everything very clearly. We ended up ordering a tankless option and installation was completed efficiently. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in the quality of their work and customer service! We called on a Friday morning after waking up to no pressure from our well. Within a few hours, Preferred had techs out to address the issue. Brandon and Dale were professional, knowledgeable, and had us up in running in no time! We are new to the area, and after this initial service call, we know we made the right choice. Preferred will be our go to for any new issues or future improvements. We highly recommend them.
The young gentleman who came to our home was very professional in how he spoke to and addressed me. He showed me everything he was going to do and why. When he was finished he made sure he cleaned everything up. For the work he did it was done in a timely manner. Thank you!
