Our hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. We called at 8:00am Monday morning and they were there by 9:00. From the person who takes the call to the gentlemen that did the work, they were fabulous!!! We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and this far exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely only use them in the future when something comes up.
Preferred Plumbing / Heating does whatever is needed and always does a great job for us. The humidifier on the HVAC was leaking and Brett fixed it along with checking the furnace. Great guy
Isiah came out on a call to help replace some connectors on my water pipes that had an active leak. He helped walk through the work that would need to be done to address the issue and was very professional the entire time. Even when wrapping up the work, he showed pictures of what was done and made sure our needs were met before departing. For an unfortunate situation, it was a great experience. Would recommend!
Matt from preferred was an exceptional help on helping me overcome a broken furnace that was dead in the water and offered his services and professionalism that is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend this company for integrity. Follow up and compassion.
