These guys were fantastic! I had a weekend plumbing emergency and was desperate for help. The water was turned off to the entire house and all the plumbers who advertised weekend availability either didn't answer at all, or promised me a "quick return call" and then never called back. Well, one did--on Monday! Anyway, I finally called Preferred. They answered ASAP. Their dispatchers were friendly and understanding and fast.
