Kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. Don was able to see me same day and had it draining better than it ever has in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
I would not use this guy. He supposedly inspected 2 bathroom vents for a seller (we are the buyers) that the seller fixed himself but when asked if he physically went to the house for the inspection, he DIDN'T. After being pressed he said he based saying it was good from pics their realtor sent him. The homeowner fix was not to code based on my plumber looking at it. This guy is a liar and I wouldn't let him work on my garden hose.
I experience an issue with a blocked kitchen disposal/ sink drain on Thursday evening, December 5. A friend recommended I contact Don with Preferref Plumbing in Morrow. I contacted them and they were at my home early afternoon on Friday December 6. Extremely professional and very experienced. Don was able to clear the drain in addition to addressing bathroom vanity drain issue and replace parts in three toilets. Donnie was great! I gave him a call after calling two other plumbers (who never showed up or responded after my initial call), and he showed up the same day!! He installed a water faucet outside way quicker then I expected and his pricing was very fair. His work was very neat and well put together. Preferred Plumbing will always have our business!
