Been with them for few years for different surgeries and treatment They are the best… they know what they are doing, knowledgeable, the staff are the best , starting with receptionist that make you feel welcome and Justin, Cameron, Alex, Gary, Tim, Kat, that works for you, with you and for you!!! Love that place
Been going here a hot minute for a labrum tear and these guys really believe in you and push you to recover to your full potential. I always feel super supported here even when I'm exhausted and defeated about my progress. They won't let you down!
"I highly recommend preferred physical therapy. I have tried 2 physical therapy clinics in Jacksonville and I became more injured and weaker. I am so grateful my ortho doctor at Baptist hospital referred me here and I have positive feeling that I will finally get back to what I love doing. This place is mind blowing!!! After seeing how well both of my parent's progressed through their own recoveries, it was an easy choice to choose Preferred Physical Therapy after surgery for a torn labrum. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, the team their has created a family atmosphere proving they care about their patients and you aren't another name on a chart.
