After seeing how well both of my parent's progressed through their own recoveries, it was an easy choice to choose Preferred Physical Therapy after surgery for a torn labrum. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, the team their has created a family atmosphere proving they care about their patients and you aren't another name on a chart. Preferred physical therapy was great. I had tore my rotator cuff and they were able to get me back to normal in a quicker time than I was told to expect. All that worked on me were great. Kat and Gary worked my shoulder and while there was some pain involved I don't think the results would have been as good if they did not push it. I would go back.
This place is great. The staff is excellent and the therapists have such a good rapport with their patients. 10/10 recommend!
A woman named Kat at the orange park location who is a physical therapy assistant thinks it’s funny to hurt people and bring them to tears. She is unprofessional and just downright nasty. PT does hurt but having been through it for over 5 months for the same problem several years ago, I was never treated with the pain and disrespect I received from her. The rest of the staff are outstanding and professional and I highly recommend them.
10/10. Definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help getting back to 100% physically. Super kind and super helpful with my ACL tear. If you need work getting your leg straight Gary is the man.
